Building a Global Advertising Campaign for the World’s Largest Commercial Real Estate Firm
A global powerhouse, C&W’s extensive communication efforts stretch across geographic boundaries, cultures and languages. As C&W was expanding into new markets, it was facing increased competition and challenges in communicating the full complement of the firm’s offerings to diverse audiences. Maintaining consistency of advertising and messaging across offices and around the globe was paramount, as was protecting the C&W brand. As consultant to the firm, in partnership with CSDesignworks, I crafted 31 individual ads for C&W as part of its global advertising campaign. The modular campaign, entitled “We’re There,” enabled individual C&W offices across the world to select the most salient messaging, imagery and format relevant to their target audience in order to build their own local ads. The ease of implementation, along with the powerful messaging that resonates across borders and cultures, has made this one of C&W's most successful campaigns in its history.
