Introducing a Swiss Investment Company to the Competitive Manhattan Commercial Real Estate Market
PROMOTAG wanted to enter the U.S. commercial real estate market and was interested in pursuing property investment opportunities in the Manhattan market. As an unknown player in the U.S. and Manhattan commercial real estate markets, it was vital for PROMOTAG to establish a distinctive identity and present itself as a serious investor. As Consultant, I directed the overall marketing strategy to position the firm as a credible investor with significant financial stability and a track record of success in its native country. As Project Manager, I also provided creative services related to the development and delivery of PROMOTAG’s new website, composing all content and corporate messaging. As a result of the declining U.S. economy and slumping Manhattan real estate market, in 2007 PROMOTAG decided to shift its focus to European opportunities.
